Here's an easy recipe for making a Margarita.
Difficulty Level: Easy Time Required: 5 minutes
Here's How:
- Rub a chilled glass with a lime or lemon peel.
- Salt-frost it by dipping in coarse salt.
- Fill a shaker 1/2 to 3/4 full with ice.
- Pour 45ml of Tequila.
- Add 22ml of Cointreau or Triple Sec
- Add a Splash of Lime Juice.
- Shake very well.
- Pour or strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with a Lime wedge.
Tips:
- Use the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
- Add a bit more juice and blend it for frozen ones.
- For fruit flavor, add fruit, and sugar-frost the glass.
